Club Solaris Timeshare Rip Off

"Buyer Beware" In July of 2005 me and my wife purchased a timeshare at Club Solaris in Cancun. After a lenghty sales presentation led by Mr. Goodman; we were informed that they had a "Special Program" presently going on; buy now and be able to use any Club Solaris Resort (two in Cancun, one in Los Cabos), get an additional three weeks, in addition to your assigned week, a year for 30 years (for a total of 120 weeks), two certificates for two people at Los Cabos all inclusive paid, two RCI certificates for two weeks, three year membership to RCI and ICE and the most important feature that the all inclusive rate will be $77.00 a nighjt per person for the lenght of your contract. In December of 2006 I paid an all inclusive rate of $77.00 dollars per person for my sister and husband to stay at the Grand Solaris. Lo and behold when I went to make a reservation for March 2007; I was informed that the rate is $116.00 a night per person an increase of over 50%. I was appalled and after speaking to several people; was able to get nowhere but a run-around; they wouldn't even provide me with the name and address of the President/CEO of the Solaris Hotel chain. I am so upset that I am being ripped off to the tune of nearly $20,000; that I am going to go to Cancun in March to voice my displeasure and warn other guests and tourists about Club Solaris being a "rip-off" and scam artists.

AGAIN, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER GOING TO A TIME SHARE PRESENTATION AT CLUB SOLARIS!!!!
